Been taking one ease before bed. The combination of a micro dose of THC with L-Theanine is just enough to help me sleep during this period when I'm recovering from an injury. Made me a bit sleepy during the day, so I'm limiting it to night. They taste good, not too sweet, just slightly minty. Good product!
